| After Service Range:
1. All productions bought from us, the date of customer’s confirmation, our company would create an individual file to record with the aim to supply the after service termly.
2. After service---standard regular checking. According to your detail equipment, in order to know the equipment’s status, we would have telephone checking for five times per year. If need, we would give some suggestions on maintaining and communicate with equipment’s operator.
3. Operating guide---Our engineer would help the operator to install and adjust it to be ready and would guide them how to operate and maintain and repair the simple problem.
Purifying Equipment After Service Term:
From the date that customer checks and accepts the productions, we would supply guarantee period for one year on the basis of correct operation as free but we have no duty to take charge for man-made and any force majeure problems. We would supply the after service with charge on the following situations:
1. The equipments have the outcome of distortion, perforation, off-painting and glass-broken for outside force after checking and accepting by the customer.
2. Because of wrong operation, the equipment becomes distortion or rupture and could not turn on. Because of crass operation, the switch on the control panel is broken.
3. The time relay is broken that hard to recover; the daylight lamp is broken; the transformer or other fittings is burn out because the wrong wire connection.
4. The equipment can not work because remove the equipment or change the circuit by yourself.
5. The equipment becomes distortion because of climbing by other operator or other man-made reasons.
6. The air filter is destroyed by the outside force during using.
The requirement for the member in after services system:
1. All members in after service system need to take on the same KLC cloth to supply the service at conventional time.
2. Please pay attention to the attitude. During the service time, the member should be geniality and can not argue with the customer.
3. After solving the problem, the customer need to have a signature and advice on the after service receipt paper.
4. In 3 days after checking at customer’s clean room, the member should arrange the special colleague to give a call to the customer in order to confirm that the problem had been solved.
The requirement for the time to solve:
No matter the service is free type or charge type, when the customer gives the problem to our company, our company need to give a suggestion and after confirmation by both:
1. We need to reach at the customer’s place in 24 hours if they are in Guangdong province.
2. Other places should reach there in 48 hours or 96 hours in case that the place is very far and special.
Reminder:
1. Maintenance:
1) According to the clean rate of environment, usually change pre-filter per 1-6 months and HEPA filter per 6-12 months.
2) Usually, supervisor should check the clean rate of clean zone by the particle counter per 2 months. If the result is no coincidence with the required rate, please check it. (Leak or the HEPA filter is null). If the HEPA filter is not working, please change a new one.
3) Please cut off the power supply when you change the pre-filter or HEPA filter.
4) Attention to changing the HEPA filter:
a) Please ensure the filter paper with intactness when you change the HEPA filter. Don’t touch the filter paper.
b) Please check the HEPA filter in a bright place before you change it. If the filter paper with any leak, please don’t use it.
c) When you change the HEPA filter, please open the lid firstly, and then take the press stick off. Finally, take the null filter out, and change the new one. (Please the arrow of HEPA filter should be coincidence with air flow arrow.) Meantime, you will set back the lid up before ensuring the frame was airproofed.
2. Safety knowledge:
1) The basic safety knowledge:
1. Don’t set the equipment up on a big dirty and easy shaky place.
2. Don’t use the erodible, diluents or solvent liquid to wipe the equipment to avoid loss color or destroy the paint.
3. Forbid to use at following places: low temperature, high temperature, humid, lampblack, fog place etc.
4. Don’t scratch the surface of stainless steel by your hand or any petrous stuff.
2) The safety knowledge for the electricity:
1. Set the equipment up firstly and then get the electricity.
2. Please confirm the power supply before you use the equipment.
3. The fan’s power is 380v; 3 phase. The fan will be reversal eddy if you connect reversely, then the speed will be reduced or naught. Now, you just change any 2 phase and then it will be ok.
3) The safety knowledge for operation:
1. This equipment has no blast proof function. Please don’t use this machine in an explosive place.
2. In a normal atmosphere condition, this machine’s outlier resistance should be more than 20mΩ and the outlier resistance should be more than 2mΩ after humidity test.
3. Don’t repeat on or off the switch in one minute, or it would hurt the machine.
4. The door will be interlocked when it get power. Meanwhile, you just can open one door. The interlocked system will be out of control if you open the two doors in the same time.
5. The air shower will be work when you get in and the door closed. After air shower is finished, the entrance was closed. You only out by exit door. You can not to exit from the entrance that will be destroying the interlocked system.
6. In air shower working time, you can push the stop button to cancel the program and then you can open the two doors.
7. If you find any problem in the operation, please stop the program or cut off the power supply and then contact supervisor or our staff.
8. You must cut off the power supply before you troubleshooting in order to keep you and machine safely.
9. Forbid to refit the machine to avoid getting an electric shock or fire. We have warranty without refit of machine.
10. Don’t put the heavy stuff on the wire and push the wire. If the wire is destroyed, it is easy to get an electric shock or fire.
11. Don’t use the fuse over the limit when you change the new fuse.
12. Please cut off the power supply in a period of long-team suspension.
13. Please ensure grounding.
